(Leadership Development Program)
This program aims to enhance the abilities of supervisors, managers, and executives to effectively manage and create an environment conducive to efficient childcare. In a rapidly changing business world, successful organizations must have high-quality teams to creatively achieve company goals. Leaders play a crucial role in fostering organizational success. Developing modern leaders requires enhancing skills in task management, people management, self-management, and thought management. This ensures that organizational personnel see the company’s goals in the same direction, achieved through hands-on learning activities aligned with various processes even after the activities.
